Advertising Terms
These Advertising Terms apply to campaign creative, copy, images, landing pages, targeting selections, promotional claims and the underlying product, service, course, Expert, business or project being promoted.
1. Scope
These terms apply to paid advertisements, sponsored placements, promotional banners, featured listings, promoted posts and other commercial placements purchased or submitted for display through VoxFati.
2. Eligible advertising subjects
Advertising may promote lawful products, services, Courses, Live Experts, businesses, events, creative projects and other legitimate offerings connected with learning, creativity, practical skills, personal development, work, business, ecommerce, technology, software, beauty, makeup, styling, fashion, home and living, hobbies, collecting, wellbeing, mindfulness, spiritual practices and other lawful interests supported by VoxFati.
Advertising eligibility is assessed independently from Marketplace or provider approval. An advertisement may be refused even if the advertiser operates lawfully elsewhere, and approval of an advertisement does not authorise a product or service that is otherwise prohibited under VoxFati rules.
3. Truthfulness and substantiation
Advertisements must be truthful, clear and not materially misleading. Objective claims about price, quality, performance, popularity, ingredients, qualifications, availability, earnings, health effects or other measurable matters must be capable of reasonable substantiation.
Advertisers must retain evidence supporting material claims and provide it to VoxFati where reasonably requested in connection with a complaint, compliance review or payment-provider requirement.
4. Advertiser identity and commercial intent
Advertising must not impersonate another person or business or conceal the advertiser's identity where disclosure is legally required. Sponsored or commercial content must be presented in a way that does not falsely appear to be an independent editorial endorsement.
5. Pricing, discounts and urgency
Prices, discounts, reference prices, limited-time offers and availability claims must be genuine. False countdowns, fabricated scarcity, fake discounts, hidden mandatory charges and misleading statements that a consumer must act immediately are prohibited.
6. Prohibited advertising
Advertisements must not promote illegal goods or services, counterfeit or stolen products, prohibited weapons, unlawful drugs, pornography or sexual services, gambling activity not expressly approved, malware, fraudulent documents, unlawful surveillance products, sanctions evasion, unlawful financial schemes or any category prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
An advertiser must not use an external landing page to bypass a VoxFati prohibition or payment-provider restriction.
7. Regulated products and services
Advertising for regulated financial, legal, medical, health, cosmetic, professional or age-restricted products and services may require licences, qualifications, product approvals, disclosures, geographic controls or prior approval. VoxFati may refuse such advertising even where the advertiser is legally authorised if the category is not supported by the platform or payment provider.
8. Health, beauty and wellbeing claims
Advertisements for beauty, cosmetic, grooming, wellbeing or health-related products must comply with applicable claims and product rules. Advertisers must not present a cosmetic, supplement, device or non-medical service as diagnosing, treating or curing disease unless the claim is lawfully authorised and properly substantiated.
Before-and-after imagery must be genuine, representative and not digitally manipulated in a way that materially misrepresents the effect of the product or service.
9. Earnings, business and career claims
Advertising for Courses, business guidance, ecommerce guidance, career services or other commercial education must not guarantee income, employment, business success or a particular return. Exceptional results must not be presented as typical without appropriate context.
Claims that a person can become wealthy rapidly, earn substantial income with little or no effort, or achieve guaranteed financial independence are prohibited where they are misleading or amount to a get-rich-quick representation.
10. Spiritual and symbolic claims
Advertising for tarot, astrology, numerology, Reiki, meditation, spiritual guidance or related services may describe the nature of the practice and the experience offered, but must not guarantee supernatural results, exploit fear or vulnerability, claim certainty about serious harm or use threats of curses, illness or misfortune to induce payment.
11. Testimonials, endorsements and influencer content
Testimonials and endorsements must reflect genuine opinions or experiences and must not be fabricated or materially edited to change their meaning. Paid, gifted or otherwise incentivised endorsements must be disclosed where required by law or applicable advertising standards.
12. Comparative and competitor claims
Comparisons with competitors must be fair, verifiable and not misleading. Advertisers must not misuse another party's trademark, imply an affiliation that does not exist or make unsupported claims that a competitor is unlawful, unsafe or inferior.
13. Landing pages and destination content
The destination page must substantially match the advertisement, be functional and clearly disclose material purchase conditions. An advertisement must not redirect users through deceptive pages, forced downloads, malicious software, phishing forms or content that materially changes the nature of the offer.
14. Data collection and lead generation
Advertisers collecting personal information must do so lawfully and transparently and must provide any privacy information required by law. Advertisements must not request passwords, full payment-card details, government identification or sensitive information without a legitimate and lawful reason.
15. Targeting and vulnerable audiences
Advertisers must not use targeting or creative designed to exploit children or people known to be vulnerable because of illness, bereavement, financial distress or similar circumstances. Age-restricted products or services must not be intentionally targeted to users who are too young to purchase them.
16. Intellectual property
The advertiser must own or have permission to use all images, music, trademarks, logos, text and other creative assets. Counterfeit branding, unauthorised celebrity endorsement, copied advertising creative and other infringement are prohibited.
17. Campaign delivery and placement
Campaign delivery may depend on inventory, targeting, technical availability, moderation, traffic and platform design. Unless a written campaign agreement states otherwise, VoxFati does not guarantee a particular number of sales, leads, clicks, conversions or business results.
Where impressions, clicks or another delivery metric are purchased, VoxFati will use reasonable methods to measure delivery, but analytics may differ from an advertiser's own systems because of technical differences, privacy controls, filtering and attribution rules.
18. Billing and payment
Advertising prices, billing basis, campaign duration and any applicable taxes or fees will be shown during purchase or in a separate campaign agreement. Advertisers must ensure that payment information is accurate and that they have authority to use the selected payment method.
19. Rejection, suspension, refunds and credits
VoxFati may reject an advertisement before launch or pause or remove a live campaign where it violates these terms, applicable law or a payment-provider requirement. Refund or credit treatment depends on the purchase terms, whether delivery has occurred, whether the advertiser caused the suspension, verified technical failure and mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Failure to achieve a hoped-for commercial result does not by itself mean that an advertisement was not delivered as agreed.
20. Review and evidence
VoxFati may review advertising before or after publication and may request supporting evidence, licences, substantiation or changes. Approval may be withdrawn if new information shows that the advertisement or underlying offer violates these terms.
21. Advertiser responsibility and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the advertiser is responsible for claims, penalties, losses, chargebacks, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from unlawful advertising, false claims, infringement, privacy violations, prohibited products or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by VoxFati's own breach or negligence.
22. Changes
VoxFati may update these Advertising Terms to reflect changes in law, advertising standards, payment-provider rules, platform features or safety requirements. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid campaign will be handled in accordance with the applicable campaign terms and law.
