Course Creator Terms
These terms supplement the General Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Commercial Eligibility rules. A Creator must ensure that every Course is lawful, genuinely educational, accurately described and suitable for the audience to whom it is offered.
1. Creator status
Unless VoxFati expressly identifies a Course as its own, the Course Creator acts independently and is responsible for the Course, its content, claims, teaching materials, student communications and any obligations arising from its sale. Nothing in these terms creates employment, agency or partnership with VoxFati.
2. Eligibility and verification
Creators must provide accurate identity, business, payment and tax information and may be required to complete verification before publishing or receiving payouts. Where a Course claims professional accreditation, regulated status or another formal recognition, VoxFati may require evidence before the claim is permitted.
3. Permitted course subjects
Courses may cover a broad range of lawful educational subjects, including practical skills, software, bookkeeping and accounting software, business administration, entrepreneurship, ecommerce, marketing, careers, productivity, languages, writing, photography, art, design, crafts, sewing, makeup techniques, beauty skills, personal styling, cooking, home projects, organisation, gardening, hobbies, collecting, personal development, mindfulness, meditation, tarot, astrology and other creative, professional, technical, lifestyle or reflective subjects.
The Creator must ensure that the subject is presented at an appropriate level and that any legal, safety or professional limitation relevant to the subject is explained where necessary.
4. Genuine educational value
A Course must provide substantive teaching, instruction, demonstration, exercises, reference material, structured guidance or another genuine learning experience. A Course must not consist primarily of misleading promotional material, repetitive filler, copied material or content designed mainly to redirect students to another purchase.
5. Course descriptions and disclosures
The Creator must accurately describe the Course title, subject, level, format, expected duration, prerequisites, included materials, access period, language and any equipment or software that a student reasonably needs. Material limitations must be disclosed before purchase.
Where a Course uses downloadable templates, third-party software, external services or recurring subscriptions, the Creator must clearly identify any additional costs or dependencies that are reasonably necessary to complete the Course.
6. Qualifications, accreditation and professional status
A Creator must not claim accreditation, certification, licensing, professional recognition or institutional approval that does not exist. If a Course awards only a VoxFati or Creator-issued completion certificate, it must not be described in a way that implies a regulated professional qualification.
Where a subject requires regulated professional training or supervised practice before a person may lawfully practise, the Course description must not imply that completing the Course alone grants that legal status.
7. Regulated subjects
Courses may provide general educational information about regulated areas where lawful, but must not be used to provide individual diagnosis, treatment, legal representation, personalised investment management or another regulated service that requires authorisation unless VoxFati has expressly approved the offering following appropriate verification.
Educational content must distinguish general learning from personalised professional advice where a reasonable student could otherwise be misled.
8. Earnings, career, health and outcome claims
Creators must not guarantee income, employment, business success, examination results, medical outcomes, weight loss, relationship outcomes or other results that depend on the student's circumstances, effort or external factors. Earnings examples must be truthful, contextual and must not imply that unusual results are typical.
Testimonials, case studies and before-and-after material must be genuine and presented in a manner that does not materially mislead students.
9. Prohibited course content
Courses must not contain pornography, sexual services, child sexual content, hate intended to incite unlawful violence, scams, malware, instructions intended to facilitate serious criminal conduct, illegal drug trafficking, harmful weapon construction, document fraud, unlawful hacking, deceptive financial schemes or other content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Embedding prohibited material or deliberately linking students to an external prohibited resource is treated in the same way as hosting it directly.
10. Practical and safety-sensitive teaching
Where a Course teaches physical techniques, beauty procedures, tools, electrical work, chemicals, food preparation, exercise or another activity that carries foreseeable risk, the Creator must provide reasonable safety information, identify material prerequisites and avoid encouraging conduct that would be unlawful or plainly unsafe.
A disclaimer does not excuse negligent, reckless or unlawful instruction.
11. Intellectual property
The Creator must own or have appropriate licences for all Course materials, including videos, music, images, worksheets, templates, fonts, software demonstrations and third-party extracts. The Creator must not upload copied courses, pirated books, unauthorised recordings or other infringing material.
The Creator retains ownership of its Course materials but grants VoxFati the rights reasonably necessary to host, stream, format, display, market and deliver the Course in accordance with the General Terms and the commercial arrangement.
12. Student information and submissions
Where a Course allows assignments, comments, files or direct messages, the Creator must use student information only for legitimate Course, support, legal or authorised business purposes and must comply with applicable privacy law.
Creators must not publish a student's work, testimonial, personal information or private communication for marketing without a lawful basis and any permission required by law.
13. Course delivery and access
The Creator must provide the content and access described at the time of purchase. Material modules, downloads or promised live components must not be removed without a reasonable replacement, refund or other remedy where the removal would make the Course materially different from what was purchased.
14. Updates and maintenance
If a Course is marketed as current, regularly updated or based on software, rules or procedures that change over time, the Creator must use reasonable care not to leave materially outdated information presented as current. VoxFati may require correction of content that has become materially inaccurate or unsafe.
15. Student support and conduct
Creators must communicate professionally, respond to reasonable support questions within any response period they advertise and must not harass, threaten, discriminate against or retaliate against students who ask questions, request lawful refunds or leave genuine reviews.
16. Pricing and promotions
Course prices, discounts and promotional claims must be genuine. Creators must not use fabricated countdowns, false scarcity, misleading reference prices or hidden mandatory charges.
17. Fees, commissions and payment processing
Creator fees, commissions, subscriptions and payout terms are shown in the applicable Creator dashboard, onboarding process or commercial agreement. Payment-provider charges and eligibility rules may also apply.
Creators must not attempt to avoid applicable VoxFati fees by diverting platform-originated transactions off-platform where fee avoidance is prohibited by the applicable commercial terms.
18. Cancellations and refunds
Students may have statutory or contractual cancellation and refund rights depending on the Course format, whether digital content has been accessed, whether a service has begun and the law that applies. Creators must cooperate with legitimate refund, chargeback and consumer-rights processes.
19. Reviews
Creators must not create fake enrolments or reviews, purchase reviews, condition support on removal of lawful criticism or offer undisclosed incentives for positive ratings. Genuine requests for feedback are permitted where they do not require a particular sentiment.
20. Course advertising
Any advertisement or promotional page for a Course must comply with the Advertising Terms. Claims made outside VoxFati that direct users to a VoxFati Course may be considered when assessing whether the Creator has complied with these terms.
21. Quality review and moderation
VoxFati may review Course descriptions, content, claims and student reports and may request edits, evidence or clarification. Where reasonably necessary, VoxFati may restrict enrolment, remove a Course, suspend publishing privileges or terminate Creator access.
22. Payouts and reserves
Payout timing may depend on settlement, refunds, chargebacks, verification, fraud checks and payment-provider rules. Where legally and contractually permitted, payouts may be delayed or reviewed where there is a credible dispute, fraud or compliance risk.
23. Records and cooperation
Creators must keep reasonable records supporting claimed qualifications, licences, permissions, testimonials and other material assertions and must cooperate with lawful investigations, payment-provider reviews and serious safety or infringement complaints.
24. Responsibility and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Creator is responsible for claims, losses, chargebacks, penalties, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from infringement, false qualifications, unlawful Course content, misleading claims, privacy violations, unsafe instruction or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by VoxFati's own breach or negligence.
25. Suspension and termination
Creator access may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, infringement, unsafe content, deceptive claims, non-payment, chargeback abuse, payment-provider restrictions or other material violations. Student access obligations and unresolved refunds or disputes may survive termination.
26. Changes
VoxFati may update these terms to reflect legal, payment, safety, educational-quality or platform changes. Material changes affecting an ongoing Creator commercial relationship will be communicated where required.
